Our new online banking system and mobile app are officially live! You can check out the new system by logging into your online banking account with your existing username and following the directions provided. Logging In
Logging In For The First Time
Online banking will continue to be accessible from every page on our website by utilizing the same login box in the top right portion of the page. We recommend members log in from the website instead of bookmarking the URL for online banking. That way, you will always access the latest version of online banking. If you have bookmarked online.gcefcu.org, the URL has changed to our new system.
To register you will need your member number, SSN and birthdate. Additionally you will need to enter the phone number or email address we have in our system linked to your membership.
You will then create a password with at least one capital letter, one lower case letter, one number, and at least 8 characters in length. In addition to setting the password, you will also need to create new security questions and add a mobile number to be used for text confirmations, instead of questions for authentication. The same login credentials will be used across online, mobile, and app banking, so this will only need to be done once.

Remote Deposit
Remote Deposit Updates
Members no longer need a separate login for Remote Deposit (RDC). We will continue with the same deposit times we currently use (9 AM and 4 PM). We are working to increase the frequency and timing at which deposits are made in the near future.
One big change will be in the area of the endorsements to the checks. Due to recent changes in remote deposit rules, deposits will not be accepted if they do not include the following:
The endorsement must say “for mobile deposit only at GCEFCU.” You must also sign and date the back of the check as well.

To set up external accounts, you will need the routing number and account number of the other financial institution. You will receive two small deposits in the external account which you will need to enter to confirm ownership and begin making transfers.
