Members receiving a bonus: 33,164
Individual payouts: $15–$285
Bonuses are calculated at the membership level based on the following activity:
Debit Card Usage (average monthly transactions)
41+ transactions = $60
21–40 transactions = $30
5–20 transactions = $15
Loans
Auto or other collateralized loans: $50 each (up to 2)
Real estate loans: $100 (1 max)
Personal loans: $25 (1 max)

What is the Loyalty Bonus?
A special give-back to our members as a thank-you for your continued trust and support.
As a member-owner of the credit union, you have a direct impact on our overall success. When we succeed, our members share in that success.
Gulf Coast Educators is a not-for-profit cooperative made up of educators helping educators. Here, your money isn’t being used to pay thousands of shareholders, or to pay big bonuses to a board of directors (ours are all volunteers). We invest your money back into you, which is why your loyalty matters.
When you do small things, like using your debit card, having direct deposit set up, leaving reviews, or referring your friends and family, you are helping your credit union grow. As we grow, we are able to provide more innovative technology, open more branches, and ultimately, serve you better. And when we do really well, we are able to pay out a loyalty bonus.
In previous successful years, the credit union has paid out a total of $11.9 million in loyalty bonuses. We are excited to say that we are right on track for 2025, and can’t wait to say thank you the best way we know how – in the form of cash.
