What’s next?

Your welcome packet will arrive in the mail in 7-10 business days to the address you provided in your membership request. It will include your personal account number, account agreement and disclosure, Owner’s Manual, and direct deposit information. You don’t have to wait until then to start making deposits, though. There are several different ways you can fund your account if you haven’t already – all of which can be found here. To access your account before you receive your welcome packet, please call our contact center for your personal account number.

In the mean time, feel free to browse our Owner’s Manual to take a look at all of the products and services we have to offer you. You can also download our mobile app for free from the App Store or Android Market. To get started on a loan application, click here.
